From week commencing 26 November 2018 the above service will be delivered at:-

Belvoir Vale Surgery, Bottesford     6.30pm-8.30pm    Thursday

There will be a clinician session and nursing session running with appointment availability at an increased level to accommodate the same level of appointments previously offered.

The last Monday clinic will take place on 19 November 2018.

We will assess the level of uptake over the coming months.

Many thanks for your kind co-operation.

Information Notice

Repeat Prescriptions - we have reverted back to two full working days for repeat orders.  In accordance with NHS guidance repeat prescriptions are, in general, issued as a one month supply.

Belvoir Vale Surgery has now merged with The Welby Practice

As there are two sites in Bottesford we will refer to the practice as The Wellby Practice with the site name as Belvoir Vale or Welby Bottesford, the other locations are known as Harlaxton and Waltham.

You will notice some changes e.g. The Welby Practice header on letters, etc.

You will be able to book appointments with GPs, ANP, NP, Nurses and HCAs across all the sites.

Named Accountable GP

From 1 April 2015 onwards practices are required to allocate a named accountable GP to all patients including children.

We have now allocated all patients to a named GP who has overall responsibility for their care.  This does not change the way in which we operate and you are still able to see any other GP or Nurse Practitioner at any of our practices.

All new patients registering will be allocated and informed of their named GP within 21 days of registration. If you were registered with us before 1 April 2015 and were aged over 75 you will be notified in writing of your named GP or at our next interaction with you.

Please feel free to ask a member of our reception team, at any time, who your named GP is.   If you wish to change your named GP we will do our best to accommodate.
