Consultation Document and Consultation Survey

The proposed changes are:

- to relocate services from The Welby Practice, Bottesford to the adjacent Belvoir Vale site

- to modify the opening hours of our branch surgery at Waltham

NHS Long Term Plan - As medicine advances, health needs change and society develops, the NHS has to continually move forward so that in 10 year’s time we have a service fit for the future.

The NHS Long Term Plan is drawn up by frontline staff, patients groups, and national experts to be ambitious but realistic.

Information Notice

Repeat Prescriptions - we have reverted back to two full working days for repeat orders.  In accordance with NHS guidance repeat prescriptions are, in general, issued as a one month supply.

Belvoir Vale Surgery has now merged with The Welby Practice

As there are two sites in Bottesford we will refer to the practice as The Welby Practice with the site name as Belvoir Vale or Welby Bottesford, the other locations are known as Harlaxton and Waltham.

You will notice some changes e.g. The Welby Practice header on letters, etc.

You will be able to book appointments with GPs, ANP, NP, Nurses and HCAs across all the sites.
