For GP or ANP appointments and home visits, please use the AskmyGP link on our home screen. Patients without internet access should call the surgery and hold to speak to a receptionist, they will take your information and forward this to the appropriate clinician.
For all other types of appointment, such as for annual reviews, blood tests, injections, or to see a Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant, please call the surgery to book this.
Please be aware home visits are only for patients who are unable to leave the house. Lack of access to transport is not a reason to request a home visit from the practice. For home visit requests please contact us using askmyGP. When you submit a request with AskmyGP you can put on request that you would like a home visit. We may call you to ensure a home visit is necessary.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible. You can do this by calling the surgery anytime of day and advising us via the voicemail box when selecting 1 for appointments. Alternatively please pop into surgery and notify the receptionist. By cancelling your unwanted appointment another patient can be seen instead.
Consideration will be given to removing any persistent non-attenders from the practice list.
We offer an online system for ordering prescriptions and viewing your own personal Summary Care Record (Allergies, Sensitivities, Medications). Please note you will need identification to be able to register for this facility if presenting at the practice. We can also set you up for online services over the phone where a number of questions will be asked to establish we are speaking to the right person.
